Carol O'Kelly founder of Redstorm MarketingOur Founder & CEO, Carol O’Kelly is a strategic marketing and business development expert who has worked with many high profile launch phase companies over the past 17 years, both in Ireland and the US.  Carol has in-depth experience with Enterprise Ireland “High-Potential” start-ups and has also worked closely with Venture Capitalists and financiers on funding proposals for new brands.

On her return to Ireland in 2003, Carol launched Redstorm.ie, a strategic marketing, communications and branding agency.  The company works closely with young brands, SMEs and established blue chip companies, in all areas of marketing planning, social media, communications strategy, online design and build, branding, graphics, business development and mentoring.

In Redstorm, Carol leads a great team of people dedicated to working with SMEs during each phase of development with specific emphasis on getting the marketing strategy right!

Carol is a graduate of UCD B.Comm, the Irish Management Institute and Harvard Business School. She also holds a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Smurfit Business School in Dublin.

Carol is also a well known author, speaker and business development mentor.
